Nick Paul is a Los Angeles entertainer who has spent nearly three decades learning exactly how to hold a room. His show blends comedy, mind reading, and sleight of hand with quick, in-the-moment humor built around the people in front of him — which is why it works as well for a 60-person sales dinner as it does for a 900-seat ballroom.
Audiences may recognize him from CONAN, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, and Netflix's I Think You Should Leave and Magic for Humans. Behind the scenes, he has consulted for productions including The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and America's Got Talent.
His award-winning solo show earned "Best Variety Show" from the Orlando Sentinel, and his book Magically Introverted debuted in Amazon's Top 40 humor titles. He is a resident headliner at Hollywood's private Magic Castle. Today he lives in California with his wife Kristen, a voice actor, and their two dogs.

Clean, inclusive, and written for mixed corporate crowds — clients, executives, employees, and their families in the same room.
Company holiday celebrations
The December calendar fills early. A headline show gives your holiday party a centerpiece — something better than a playlist and a photo booth.
Galas, award nights & fundraisers
Keeps a formal evening moving and warms the room between presentations, without stepping on your program.
Client dinners & special events
Sales kickoffs, client appreciation nights, conference receptions, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations across California.
One host to run the whole night
Most events don't fall flat because of the food or the venue. They stall in the gaps: a speaker who can't be found, an awards list that runs long, a raffle nobody hears announced, a room that drifts to the bar before the program is done.
A professional MC keeps every piece of the evening connected. Nick works from your run of show, knows every name and cue in advance, and adjusts on the fly when dinner runs late or a presenter goes over. Your team gets to enjoy the event instead of managing it from the side of the stage.
- Keeps the schedule on track. Tightens or stretches segments in real time so the night ends when it should.
- Introduces every speaker and honoree. Names pronounced correctly, titles right, energy up as they walk on.
- Handles awards, raffles, and announcements. Clear, quick, and actually heard by the back of the room.
- Covers the unexpected. A late presenter or a tech hiccup becomes a laugh, not dead air.
- Works with your team. One point of contact for your planner, AV crew, and venue staff.
